Hello everyone and welcome to day 5!! The good news is that I’m still having fun with this. The funny news is that while I was putting all these posts into my WP Content Calendar I forgot a day and realized it just now. I was wondering why it was scheduled to end a day earlier than it should have.

Not that you needed to know that.

If you want to follow along with this challenge go read my introduction post here as well as all the prompts. Let’s get started!

Today’s prompt is: what is the geekiest thing you have done?

And my answer to that is sit in a tattoo chair for almost 2 hours at a convention getting the rebel alliance logo tattooed on my back.

It hurt like a bitch. The line work is a little wonky cause I wouldn’t stop moving because of how bad it hurt but god damn it. I love it. I picked the color purple because its my favorite color and after he did the purple he was like “Okay well we need a second color” so I picked blue.

NOT KNOWING that the symbolism of purple is the balance between the Dark and the Light and that the blue is the symbolism of the light side.

I would consider that to be the geekiest thing I’ve ever done. I literally have Star Wars permanently embedded into my skin. So now there’s no shame in adding other fandoms – if I have one I might as well have them all.

Short one but I have to go to work and I need to start pre-writing again – until tomorrow!

    1. Everybody’s sensitivity is different! My wrist tattoo didn’t hurt a whole lot and neither did my chest but my back was awful.
